We’ll shuck a dozen oysters for you to enjoy - and teach you about the techniques and history of shellfish aquaculture in Maine. Plus, you’ll receive a shucking knife and pair of gloves to take home! (Optional: Add a two-hour river tour with Damariscotta River Cruises to your package to see Damariscotta’s oyster farms and incredible wildlife up close!)
